En dat is ook de reden waarom de populaire Niederrheinse regio niet alleen een echte geheimtip als excursiedoel is bij fietsers. Meer dan 1.500 kilometer aan fietspaden wachten hier op bezoekers. Maar dat is niet alles wat de meer dan 1.200 vierkante kilometer grote regio met meer dan 310.000 inwoners te bieden heeft.<\/p>\n<p>Rijnpromenades en historische markten zijn net zulke aantrekkingspunten als herenhuizen en natuurmonumenten.
