Bauherr war Johann II. von Pallant, der gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Elisabeth von Raesfeld um 1619 den Altar stiftete. Der Turmhahn tr\u00e4gt die Jahreszahl 1607. Die Kirche besticht durch ihr Satteldach, den Dachreiter und die \u00f6stlich angef\u00fcgte alte Sakristei. Auf dem Zugangsweg befindet sich ein Ehrendenkmal als Ged\u00e4chtniskapelle, das eine Madonna aus dem 18.
